It's hard to believe how quickly the summer went and now it's back to learning. It was fabulous to meet so many of you the other night at the open house.
We will be using this blog for online discussions about different issues in class. I'll be asking you to create a username to post on your blog instead of your real name for privacy and safety. The students will learn who you are, but anyone outside our classes looking at the blog won't know who you are. In fact, I have to approve each post, and I won't approve one with your real name.
I woke up this morning with plantar fasciitis, so, if you see this post, you'll know why I'm limping on the first day. I haven't had it in ten years--and I'd hoped never to have it again!! I'm supposed to be at the fair with my fiance, watching the harness races, and instead I'm stuck in the house on a beautiful day, working on school things. Oh, well!
